Guests will have the opportunity to use professional telescopes to explore celestial objects and learn how astronomers observe the universe. We focus on the most spectacular targets currently visible from our specific vantage point on the hill, giving you the best views the season has to offer.
Astrophotography Keepsakes
Learn how to capture images of astronomical objects through the telescopes using your smartphone to take home keepsakes from the evening.
Storytelling & Sky Navigation
Learn your way around the night sky! While we can't show you every star and constellation in the universe, we will point out the prominent seasonal constellations visible from our location. As we do, we'll share fascinating facts and cultural myths to help you easily recognize and navigate the stars long after the evening ends.

Stay warm while you stargaze! We provide complimentary hot drinks—including coffee, tea, and hot chocolate—along with cozy blankets for you to use throughout the evening.

A Walk Through the Stars is an ideal evening getaway for couples, groups, and visitors staying nearby who are keen to explore the cosmos. Because of the immersive nature of the event, the two-hour program includes extended periods of sitting and quiet observation. For this reason, we recommend this experience for children ages 9 and older.
Know Before You Go

Stargazing is a "clear skies" activity. We make the final call by 4:00 PM on the day of the event based on the latest meteorological data. If we must cancel due to cloud cover or rain, you will be offered a full refund or rescheduled to our next available date.

Even in summer, the outside air on the hill gets cold—please dress in layers! If you forget, we have extra blankets on hand to help keep you warm.

Events begin one hour after sunset. Please check your booking confirmation for your exact arrival time, as the gates will be staffed to direct you to the parking area.
