Membership Terms &Conditions Policy

1. Membership Term and Activation Standard annual memberships are valid for a term of one year, beginning on the date of membership confirmation. Memberships expire on the last day of the expiry month. The explicit exception to this one-year term applies to lifetime membership tiers, such as the Infinity Membership, which are valid for the lifetime of the member and do not require annual renewal.

2. Non-Transferability All memberships and their associated perks or benefits are for the exclusive, personal use of the registered member. Memberships, membership cards, and specific member privileges cannot be shared, assigned, or transferred to any other individual.

3. Payments and Refunds All membership fees are fully earned upon receipt by the organization. Memberships are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, regardless of usage or early cancellation.

4. Code of Conduct and Revocation of Privileges Members act as an extension of our community and are expected to uphold the values, mission, and reputation of the Centre of the Universe. The organization reserves the right to immediately revoke membership privileges, without refund, if a member engages in conduct that violates these standards. Grounds for revocation include, but are not limited to: disruptive behavior, harassment, intentional damage to property, unauthorized sharing of membership credentials, criminal activity or any actions that harm the public standing of the organization.

5. Modifications to Benefits and Terms To ensure our programming and community offerings remain dynamic and sustainable, membership perks, benefits, and these terms and conditions are subject to change. The Centre of the Universe reserves the right to modify this policy and will explicitly notify members of these changes directly if and as they happen.

6. Privacy and Data Protection The collection and use of member information are strictly governed by our Membership Privacy Policy. We collect data solely for membership administration and organizational updates, and we will never sell, trade, or share your information with third parties.
